OMG does it really work this quickly???

So I started Domperidone on Saturday, Ive nursed my little one as normal on demand all weekend with her normal food in between.

Today it been about 2 hours since I feed her and dropped her off at babysitter and I feel so engorged.

This is great considering my supply has been so low but...

However, I dont have a break for another hours and forgot my double pump.

So does it normally increase supply so quickly?

And will I mess things up having to wait so long to pump, Will I be okay?

I don't know what that is, but I took 3 doses of fenugreek and had to stop as my millk increased huge!
