on the pill and three days late

Okay so kinda freaking out i have a 16 month old and a 7 month old both were planned but wanted another one but this month i was dead certain off not having anymore just yet but this month i have took the pill currectly not been ill the last week or so been feeling sick and and very tired been of my food but i have done a test and it came back negative but i know in my gut i am and now three days late xx
