one tube... other not completely blocked, other TTC'ers?

hey all been TTC 3years almost, dignosed with PCOS in march 2009, clomid from sept 09-jan 2010. ectopic pregnancy feb 2010. had lap and dye done 16th june 2010, found out only my right tube is working, left is completely blocked and unfixable still recovering from lap and dye in agony, but with all problems and such not sure what our chances have now dropped to

this is our kinda history:

Birth of my living son James - 22nd june 2007 (miracle baby born 33weeks)
TTC started - july/aug 2007
GP appt - feb 2009
pcos dignosed - march 09
First RE appt - 22nd june 2009
Sperm test - 28th july 2009 (super sperm confirmed)
first cycle of clomid - 1st sept 2009
- 26th jan 2010
ectopic - 8th feb 2010
RE appt- 25th april 2010 (put on waiting list for lap and dye)
Lap & Dye - 16th June 2010

i also have very backwards uterus, and blood problems (my blood attacked my son when was pregnant with him) suspected sperm allergies....

this is what we're currently using/trying:

taking:
Agnus castus
Folic acid
Prenatals
Aspirin
Vit C

using:
Softcups
Pre-seed
Fertility monitor
ovulation tests
temp/cm/cervix charting

don't think missed anything out. anyone else out there one tube and having rough time?

hi...

i had my right ovary & right tube removed as a baby ( 2 days old) as it had a large cyst on it i always had in the back of my mind it may be difficult to conceive so when i was almost 23 me & my fiance ( now dh!) decided to start ttc as i knew he was the one i was very happy that my gp allowed me to have the day 21 bloods done to check if i was ovulating ok....my progesterone level was 30, which meant i was ovulating from my only ovary fine. we conceived our dd after just 6 mths we married in 2008 & started ttc a few mths later, to be honest expecting to conceive after about 6 mths again. after a year of ttc i had a scan done which showed my only ovary had polycysts on...i was sooo upset, i felt like my only ovary may just as well be removed as was no good to me, my gp did bloods again & i was sooo happy that my progesterone level was actually 64....i had a hycosy to check my only tube was clear which it was. my dh had a sperm test & then in the oct i was put on clomid to help me produce more eggs & better quality ones. after my 3rd cycle on it i was given a lap & dye, nothing found thank god! i conceived twins on my 4th cycle, after ttc for 17 mths. am now 21 weeks pregnant

please dont give up hope...having only 1 tube thats working is really not the end of the world, i have proved that

We have a ttc group called one tubers that has a lot of ladies in the same situation. I used to be a one tuber until I had another ectopic june 4th and had my final tube removed. There are still plenty of ladies in the one tube group that have gotten their BFP's since I have joined this site. Here is a link to the post:
