Only left breast sore

Every month after I O, I only get breast tenderness in my left one. My right one doesn't feel a thing. Ever. It stops the minute AF starts, but the entire time from the day I O until the day AF starts, my left breast kind of stings on the outer side. Is this unusual? I'm a little freaked out. I feel no lumps or bumps or anything at all. Just a tingling or burning sensation in the side and my nip.
