oowww help! PLEASE!

hi guys, im n pain and its not fair! i have the most awful indigestion (acid) its making me have tummy cramps high up on top of my bump! i cant eat and can barely drink! the pains were so bad this morning i had to just breathe through them, couldnt speak or move! also got back ache and feel rubbish! anyone else had acid indigestion like this??? please help! xxxxx

Yup I have and it's miserable I get myself into such a state. I dunno what to suggest but didnt want to read and run. I normally have a glass of milk and get in a nice steamy bath, the baths mainly for distraction but makes me feel nice and fresh.

Yep, it's horrid, esp at night in bed. My reflux likes to try to kill me each time I turn over. I second the milk - I'm living on pints of the stuff a day atm - and swigging Gaviscon from the bottle x
