I am super guilty of posting the same question in two areas but I enjoy the feedback. Less than an hour ago I had a pain that started in my vaginal area and shot up into my lower (loooooow) abdomen. It startled me. Anyone experience this or know someone who did?

I get them.. but for me it means I'm about to start my period in the next few days.

I agree with Just1, i get a "kicked in the crotch" feeling before AF, too.
