Opinions please - 4 options, 3 weeks to go!

So we have 4 options for our 2nd baby girl due to be born on 14th April by elective section.

Our first is Isabelle Grace and I want something that goes with that. I've decided on Hope for her middle name and other half is fine with that.

So it's either:

Eleanor Hope (Ellie or Ellen for short)
Josephine Hope (Josie, Jo)
Elena Hope (Ellie, Elen)
Bethany Hope (Beth)

What are your thoughts please?

I love the name Isabelle grace (ds1 would have been this if things had been different) and I love the name Bethany too. If my sister wasn't Beverley then it would be a name I would have it as an option

I love Eleanor, it's my favourite out of those by quite a lot! I love how many nickname options it gives.

Josephine/Josie is really cute, too. Elena is okay but I really don't care for Bethany.

Eleanor Hope is beautiful and goes so nicely with Isabelle Grace. I love Ella or Nora for the nickname but Ellie is cute too x

How are you planning to pronounce Elena? I'm assuming this is the sort of name that varies depending on where you live. I know an Elena and she pronounces it like "Elaine-uh" (similar somewhat to Alaina) - which I absolutely love. That would get my vote.

Second would be Josephine but I like the nn. "Joey".
