This is the first ive used opks. I got the one step ovulation tests from amazon. Im cd12 today. Used one last night which was negative. One at 845am today is positive. So when should I ovulate now? Best to dtd every day or what now?

Also...is bd around ov best at bedtime so the sperm has more time 'up there'

I should add...I was expecting ov to be sat or Sunday so we haven't dtd since Sunday. If we bd tonight thurs and Fri do u think it'll b enough?

I definitely think bd at bedtime gives it mOre chance as your laying down and less need to pee.

A positive opk suggests your going to ovulate soon. It will typically be 12-36 hours from the lh surge that triggered a positive opk, so get busy lol
