opk and temp don't match

Hi ladies...I am confused about how long after an opk you have your temp spike. I had a + opk Friday and Saturday. After that negative. My temp dropped to the lowest I've ever seen it yesterday 97.02 then spiked this morning 98.03. Can temp spike be delayed that much? Am I having a 2nd surge?

It can take upto 48hrs for ovulation to occur after a positive opk and upto 3 days to see a temp rise after ovulation
