OPK didn't work!!

I've just taken by OPK tonight and for whatever reason it didn't work. I didn't even get the reference line. So is it ok for me to just do another 1 in 4 hours time?

If you didn't get a control line i'd take another one or 2 even at the same time (now) to make sure that you dont have a bad batch.

I did my test this morning and it came back with an error! I was pretty annoyed. I look at the instructions and realised I probably applied too little urine.

So I repeated the test this evening (four hours later) and I got my result.

I, personally, wouldn't do another one straight away. I would wait at least four hours before repeating the test, don't go to the toilet before then.

I always dip mine. always ! I only got one no result ever, and i can't remember why it is, but i always always dipped. I still had the same urine from the bad one, and dipped another stick and it worked fine

You're meant to do OPK's between 11am-3pm and have to hold your urine for 3-4 hours so that it's concentrated. CBFEM or first response are the more sensitive kinds for lower concentrations, same with their HPT, the paper chromotography is much more sensitive.

Well I'm going to do it in an hour. That way I'll have waited 4 hours since the last one. But we did bd tonight anyway just to be sure.

Did another last night and it worked. Was still negative though but it was only CD11 so I wasn't expecting it to be positive really.
