opk help please

Just wondering what is the best time of day to do opk's? I read some where that early morning is no good as hormone surges happen latest in the day. Is this right ?

I think most people do say that in the afternoon or evening is best. I was doing mine at the same time every afternoon and holding pee for a little while before that.

In the past I was doing mine about 2-230PM....this last cycle I did it at 4PM and still got a positive.

I usually do mine between 4:00pm and 4:30pm when I get home from work

I haven't done FMU, but I have done AM urine. I've done afternoon as well, but I have gotten my strongest + on AM urine.
