opk question

I bought Answer brand opks. ...I was wondering when I should use them..just once a day in the am...or am and pm?

From what I read, once a day pm. As close to 2 pm as possible. You usually get a surge of LH in the morning but it won't show up until the afternoon sometimes. I'm not a pro, though. Good luck!

I think each type of OPK comes with its own instructions. Some work with FMU, some with 2 PM (reduce drinking at least 4 hours before, and don't go to the bathroom for at least 2 hours before).

Mine work with the 2 PM urine. And I test only once a day.
