How does a opk work?? and how do I use one?? I've never taken one or anything.

It works like a pregnancy test. You pee on it and wait approx 3-5 min. It will have a dark line for an LH surge and a lighter line for the absence of one.

I use a digital one so I don't have to worry about reading the lines myself. It's more expensive than the strips that a lot of the ladies use, but it's easier for me to read circles and smiley faces. OPK's are great to use along with temping to help you figure out your cycle and nail down your O day/most fertile window, so you know when to DTD and have the best chances of getting pregnant.
