I just posted a similar question about this myself. Every time I take an OPK I have as second line. I did some googling (don't do that) and read some disturbing things, so I'm deferring to the ladies here.
You will always get two lines on the opks. You naturally have the lh hormone in your body, it's when the test line is darker than the control line that it's detecting the surge and it will be positive. In which it's that is the time to No need to worry.
