Orange Theory ??

Any other mamas to be do orange theory? I have been going for the last couple of months and it's a pretty intense workout. I know a few people who have continued to go throughout their pregnancy. I just found out I am pregnant and want to keep going but I am having anxiety over how hard or lightly I should be working out? If any other moms to be do orangetheory while pregnant would you mind sharing how you have modified? Should I even be trying to get into the orange or just taking it super easy? I tried to keep my heart rate under 150 the last class but that kept me in the green. Thank you!
 
You should probably discuss it with your healthcare provider. I would not personally do it, but I haven't been doing it pre-pregnaancy either. I tried to continue the fitness regimine I was on pre-pregnancy when I got pregnant with my second, but I found myself short of breathe a lot and needing more and more rest periods as my blood volume increased and my baby got bigger.
