Ot, stupid hairdresser has made me feelworse. So down :(

You need to go back and complain, at the very least they should refund you then go to a reputable salon to get it put right. They may do that at a reduction if they see you really distressed or offer to do it as a model (this would be fully supervised so perfectly safe! ) with regards to the toilet situation I always thought if you were pregnant and needed to go they could not refuse? I have worked places before with no public toilet but we would simply escort people to staff loo, thus included working at hairdressers!

Jesus christ hun, i would've kicked her arse all over the salon for doing that. A) She should listen to her customers and adhere to what they want. B) You're pregnant - us pregnant women need the loo more often - they're women surely they should understand that! C) How ignorant can they be to NOT give you some water?!

Honestly i'm livid for you after reading that. No wonder you're fed up hun.

I would complain to the manager. xxx

This is 100% why I never have anyone cut it but my best friend now! 'she is a fully qualified hairdresser'
She wouldn't dare cut off more then I asked as she knows what I'm like .. Super fussy!! If I think she's cutting of more then I'm asking for I ask her what she's doing!! And move until she explains!
She also charges me alot less so that's a bonus!
I hate going to new hair dressers!

Oh and if she would of asked me for 85 pounds for half head + cut I would told her to jog on! That's way over the top!

You girls have made me feel better. Thank you.

I do however look like pat sharpe still, or possibly rod stewart (but more bloated) and I think I will be wearing a hat for the next few weeks!

You live, you learn I guess.

being refused water and toileting? Isnt that a violation of a persons basic human rights?

This ^^^

I would complain - sounds appalling like they just wanted to get the cut done asap and £85 I would be so upset

Poor you!

I would definately complain and they should make exceptions for pregnant women to use the loo! My hairdressers always offers tea, coffee or a cold drink and I have used their loo which belongs to the flat out the back even when I am not pregnant.

I thought it was illegal to not give someone (free) water if they ask for it - that includes anywhere, shops, hairdressers, restaurants etc! What if you passed out... surely that's more of a H&S issue than finding you a cup/glass!!

Complain def! My mum has had the same problem with supercuts before and she refuses to go back ever again!

The one positive to this.... is that hair does grow back - though it may not seem like a positive right now!

My lovey I definitely concur with all the otherposts on here re complaining but the other primary concern here is how to live with your hair in the mean time, the biggest blessing In the hair world for bad hair cuts is a set of kirby grips or if you're in the USA - bobby pins. They pin bits down and back that don't look right when hanging loose. See what you can work with mousse ( or serum whatever u do in regards to curls) and pins and it will be a little moretolerable until it grows, just talking from a hair person point of view because I know how much it affects self esteem etc. Big hugs and remember this is not forever it will grow! Xxxxx

Go back and complain!!! Dont put up with it and dont go there again. How they treated you was awful, if they want your money they need to treat you properly. Maybe your normal salon can clean up the mess a little bit? *hugs*

omg this is awful hun, please complain and if you feel worried, think of all of us on here right behind you! I am sure they should offer you some kind of refund. I must admit, I tried a different hairdresser once who completely hacked my hair really short when I asked for shoulder length, and I too was too scared to complain. I really wish I had now tho. I was contemplating using Supercuts to save some cash, but def won't be going there now! Don't worry, it will grow back. X
