Ouch! Vent

Ouch ouch ouch! I'm on a training course today and the training room is so hot I look like a tomato and feel like I might pass out! Also, the chairs are so uncomfortable that I can't walk properly this now. Feel like my blood is being cut off! Don't know how I'm gonna manage another 4 hours this afternoon! Bad times. How undignified being pregnant is. I am seriously so bright red its unbelievable!

You should encourage them to move it outside! I hope this afternoon is more bearable x
