So today I've been reminded how painful contractions are!...
And its not even the real thing
I was sat on the sofa earlier and all of a sudden I had a big contraction which reached a peak then died down and went.. This was followed by 2 more but they were nowhere near as strong as the first one 
I thought something was seriously wrong but about 5 mins after she started moving around alot and kicking me really hard so I'm not really sure what it was?
Anyone else had any random contrations? And what did you do if you have had them? xx
