Ouchy, help :(

I went to aerobics last night. My legs hurt a bit today but now they are so sore I can barely walk! I've tried Tiger Balm and it's useless. What's the best thing to do to try and ease the pain? Or will I just have to get on with it? :(
 
Its probably just muscular pain and theres not much you can do although warm baths can help. It'll be agony walking up the stairs for a few days but then it'll go away. Did you stretch properly before and after your class?
 
After my day yesterday the wholeeeeee of my body hurt. Mostly my legs and bum though! I managed to sleep it off though thank God :lol:
 
It's all in my thighs and calves :( we did warm up stretches before we started but a fat lot of use they were lol it hurts even more today. Noooo!
 
The pain is due to a build up of lactic acid in the muscles. It'll ease off in a day or two hun x
