Ouchy Ouch!!!!!!

Just had my fourth blood test for this week done. Usually have to have three a week, but had an extra one this week. I'm not good with needles at the best of times, but as I have now had so many blood tests all my veins are collapsing. Two midwives had three tries in my arms before using a vein in my hand. My arm and hand still kills now and I look like a junky!!!

Poor me! Have to carry on like this until delivery!

ouchy...I'm not good with needles either, but I'm not having 3/4 a week, so i do feel for you!

Totally sympathise hun, it was the same for me in my first pregnancy. Had pre-ecempsia so had to have blood tests every couple of days or so - i hated it!! I have really deep set veins so really hard to take blood from me and i really looked like i was shooting up heroin every day! The bruises!!

Owch, not nice, i really feel for you, i have been moaning about the diabetic test i have to do at 28 weeks which is two bloods taken within a few hours of each other!!
Think i will feel grateful now its not 4 times a week!!

aww, you poor thing
a couple of weeks ago, i had to have blood taken & they tried my arm, then my hand, then got someone else to try my arm (they eventually got some from there). a couple of hours later, i had to have more blood taken & 2 injections within 12 hours.
thankfully for me, it was a one off (hopefully). i can't imagine having to have it done several times a week.
