outside movement only

im 22 + 1 weeks and have felt SLIGHT movements as early as 14 weeks
but im still not feeling movement at all only the slight little tickle every few days but if I have my hand on my belly I can feel movement with my hand but not inside IYKWIM?

why is this ?

I'm not sure... I definitely feel movement from the inside most of the time but once in a while I can only feel it on the outside as well! It's weird but I thought maybe the baby is just really close to the surface when that happens so there is no build-up internally before s/he jabs out of your belly? Sorry I couldn't be more help!
