Ov cramps and +OPK?

I got my first positive OPK last night/this morning and now have slight pain in my right side. If I place my hand on my hip bone, it's right about where my finger tips reach. I've gotten Ov pain before and only ever on the right side and only every few months, but never used OPKs so...does this mean I'm about to Ov or am I Oving right now, from ya'll's experiences?
