OV cramps

    When you experience ov cramps, is this when you are actually ovulating or about to ovulate? Or can it be either?

    i have read that is when ur just about to 0, sorry i cant be more help x

    Today is the day of my ovulation, and I am experiencing slight cramping in my lower, lower abdomen. So my answer is the day of, but I'm sure every woman is different...

    Ive been having ov type cramps for the last 3 days now ... also quite painful today moreso than normal ... here's hoping its a really ripe easter eggie breaking free ready for my DH lil :spermy:
