Ovarian cyst from hyperstimulated ovary

im not sure where to post this so thought i might find some answers here first.

I have been diagnosed following a MC, with an Ovarian cyst, they called it a "soap bubble" cyst in the Pouch of Douglas in the ovary (wherever this pouch may be)....composing of 3 cysts, looks like soap bubbles together. There is 3 of them together all about 5cm each.

They sprang up over 2 weeks (WTF) and the gynae said they are typically seen in clomid patients and had i had clomid??. I have never taken clomid or patients having IVF and fertility treatments??. I haven't been down that route either. I took soy one month after i came off the pill, 5 months ago, and ovulation failed to kick start......balls if that has caused this....let that be a lesson!!

Has anyone else had one of these??

did you do anything to shrink it? vits? herbs?

i have to wait 6 weeks, im desperate to TTC again after my MC, it was my 3rd one

any ideaas/help appreciated xx

I currently have a 7cm cyst on my right ovary caused by clomid. I wonder if when you sstopped the birth control that your ovaries "woke up" enough to poduce follicles but not release them. Some women actually get cysts from bc too. My doctor told me that any cysts over 3 cm should be removed because they can produce hormones that make it almost impossible to conceive. This doc was my 2nd opinion after the first doc failed to monitorr my clomid cycle properly. Good luck to you!
