Overdue July Mummies join me!!!

I've said this before but...

Rawrrrr... loads of august mums have had their babies already. Not fair! :sulk:

lol.. ahh.. :coffee: I feel like i'll be waiting forever.

xoxox

Thankfully I haven't been too focused on the due date at all, because I realise the baby will come when they're good and ready and not a minute before, but other people seem so focused on due date, and considering people have been saying to me for months "you'll never make it to the end of july, you're massive!" I can tell that now its going to be like, "you haven't had the baby yet?!!!!" which is irritating!!!

Am in labour today :happydance: bubba should be here by tonight as I'm having my waters broke soon! Hope your babies decide to arrive soon!

well nothin to report ere lol i told her this morning, for every day late she is, im deducting a xmas present... will see if that works lol

good luck twiglet :)

Full moon on Wednesday... hopefully that's the pull these LOs need to be sucked right out of us.

me either :( and i want baby to come before my older 2 girls go on holiday for 2 weeks on thursday {sigh}

Ooooh I like the xmas pressie idea lol

Full moon Wednesday? I'm getting my sweep Wednesday lol hope he gets born that night then

maybe we should be poking our bumps and jumping up and down (if can be bothered to move!!) lying on our stomachs and generally making things uncomfortable for the lazy little babies

On the bright side it must mean we've made cosy little homes for them but still - GET OUT BABY!!!

I agree that it's not fair the august ladies skipping the queue:sulk: *sticks out a foot to trip them up* (just kidding!!)

i poke her, and just spent 20 mins on the trampolene lmao i try to lie down awkwardly but she always wins that one lol

rawr... shes still in there :( I've been booked in for being induced on wednesday, but that means I cant have her at the midwife centre.. i know the most important thing is her being healthy and all that, but i can't help thinking 'I want her at the midwife centre, is that SO much to ask?!?!?!?' Godd I'm so down about this whole thing and I keep snapping at my OH...

Blergh...

I know how you feel, Lor. :hugs: I really want a home birth, and I really don't want lots of medical intervention. If I'm induced, I can't have my sister there (can only have 2 partners in hosp, my mum and my husband) and I will be monitored loads which I don't want... I know the chances of me needing interventions like a ventouse and even a c-section will also be much higher, because induction doesn't always work. I will do anything to give birth to a healthy happy baby, even if they cut me from top to bottom, but I at least wanted to try a home birth... I feel really down about it, actually.

I know I can refuse to be induced and insist on being monitored regularly but my mum goes to Australia for 2 weeks on the 11th and I really want her there... Plus it's such a huge hassle to argue so much with them.

i wouldnt mind any kinda birth now lol, my spd is killing but they wont induce me till next monday,
im goin to the midwife drop in in a bit, i wasnt given any further appointments for after 38 weeks so im gate crashing lol gonna ask them to do another sweep.

not holding my breath for baby arriving before her big sisters go on holiday for a fortnight (thursday), totally gutted :(

Come on babies!!!!!!
Hear hear!!

I'm soooo fed up of waiting now I just want my son here.

I'm sitting herer looking at pics of everyone elses little babies and it's like ripping a plaster off lol it's like I'm tormenting myself...

thats all i have to say lmao

floozledorb as my sim would say floozledorb indeed

I'm going in for an induction in 3...2...1... with my sometimes-high blood pressure and they just found out today that the amniotic fluid is lowish, they are taking me right in. Do not pass GO, do not collect $200 etc. On the upside, they are going to try the Cervadil pessary first (not the Pitocin drip) and will be using wireless monitors, so I can still move around/shower etc. The only odd thing is that the hospital I'm registered in here in Vancouver doesn't have room tonight so I'm off to Royal Columbian in New Westminster... where I just moved from two months ago!

I've had a few random contractions and my cervix is definitely soft enough, so hopefully this will just be the little push my little guy needs to get his ASS out the DOOR as it were.

Good luck to the last of the July mums! Hopefully we will all have our LOs safe and sound and very, very SOON.

Joining the club of frustrated due July mums. Am 41 weeks today and don't get induced for another 6 days. So fed up with my life at the moment. I spend the day trying to find useful things to do but after 3 weeks i've run out. There is a chance that other people booked in for inductions before me might give birth naturally in which case i might get in earlier. Fingers crossed.
