Overfeeding when bubs wakes up early??

Might sound like a really silly question but say if your LO wakes up earlier than usual and you give them a feed...do you find yourself giving them an extra bottle during the day?? I was looking at the formula box and i know there is a guideline on how many bottles they should have on 24 hours...do you follow this or give extra if necessary??

I feed when he is hungry and don't go by guidelines. I always felt that your baby knows how much they need.

Have never followed the tin - except for the amount of scoops to use obviously I have always followed whatever Jack wants when it comes to amounts & how often!

Max will drink 8-9 onx when he wakes up at night even if hes had his quota per the formula can

Im just feeding on demand. Sometimes it will be 2 hours other times it will be 3 but i just think he knows when he's hungry, not a packet XxX
