Are there any methods to trying to concieve? Me and my husband have dtd plenty of times but havent ended up pregnant yet and i am frustrated...besides using opk's is there anything else

Do you chart your BBT? That would give you lots of info about your ovulation time, follicular phase and luteal phase.

You could also look into checking your cervix for position, texture and mucus consistancy.

These methods with OPKs should help you time sex for when you ovulate.
