Hi just need a little help and advice, since I've had my son my cycles have bounced back and forth from 30 day cycles and 31days this months was 28 I'm now cd 4 (because its early hours 16th jan.when would be the best time we BD?and when should u start peeing on the opks haha thanks in advance I'm on my phone so sorry if I don't reply straight away xxx

I was always told to start them as soon as you are done with af, if you are totally unsure of when it will come this would be a good option so you don't miss it. GL
