Ovulation pain and spotting

Quick question regarding ovulation. I have never tracked ovulation before and my cycles are so messed up from bfing still that idk what's normal. I've never felt ovulation before but on Thursday (cd12) I had some brown spotty discharge and cramps - like it felt like I was getting my period. But that night I had a positive ovulation test. Then Friday and now today, Saturday, I still have light brown discharge. How long would sportiness last if it was ovulation related? More than a day? So confused.

It could. From what I have heard spotting is in relation to a strong ovulation. The only times I have had ovulation spotting are the times I conceived. Good luck.
