Ovulation pain..

Hello ladies! I was just wondering, does anyone else get really bad period type pain whilst they're ovulating, or just before? I've got awful cramping right now, it's like that dull ache you get before AF.. but I'm only CD 11! Due ovulation, not another period! Tia. X

Ive had bad ovulation pain since ds2.. well i think/hope thats what it is. Makes me fe generally off, lower back ache etc.. just weird as before DS2 8 never used to feel anything!

I actually haven't noticed a single symptom, but I also am starting to believe I'm not ovulating during the "normal" time frame so I think I'll try temping next cycle (if this one ends in a BFN *fingers crossed that it doesn't*)

I don't get uterus cramps but I can get throbbing or jabby pains right around ovulation near the ovaries. Usually way worse right side than left. Rarely are they very strong though- more annoyance than anything else.

Thanks ladies. I had a hot water bottle on my lower stomach for a few hours, and it eased off. On another note, hopefully it was ovulation - as we DTD last night! Is it usual for sex to feel so much more pleasurable during O? So sensitive down there at the minute.. X

Well more blood flow in that area so I suppose it could be, I never notice much diffence myself though
