Ovulation Pains?

Hi ladies
Today i know im not ovulating from examining my cm but a few days before ovulation do you get pains or is it just on the day of ovulation you get pains as ive had some pains in my lower left abdomin today but werent quite sure if it was ovulation pains or just ordinary pains? (a lot of the word pains in that paragraph sorry! lol) TIA x

Hi vikki. I get pains for days (usually a week) but have read on internet they only last for 2 - 3days.

hmm... maybe we just get them a bit before then cause i know im not ovulating lol well at least your not the only one who gets it before lol x

ive no idea when i OV'd cos ive had no pos OPK's at all.

i had OV pain on tue/wed and quite a rise in temps today so im apparently 7dpo
