ovulation period

Hi, please can anyone help me work out my next ovulation period. I was awaiting to see if I was pregnant this weekend but I started to bleed heavily yesterday even though I was due on this Tuesday. I have never bled like this before so I think I was pregnant but it came away. Now I am unsure on working out my next ovulation period because of my period being 5 days early. Can anyone advise me on what to do?

Not everyone ovulates around cd 14 so its best to use ovulation tests , test every day starting on cd 10 and have intercourse when you get a positive . the only way to confirm ovulation is happening is with basal body temping and cd 21 blood test at a lab.
