Ovulation question and headache? Chart included

My chart says I ovulated the same day as my +opk. I thought you ovulate the next day? Could I have ovulated less than 12 hours after my opk? Also, I woke up with a horrible headache. Could rising progesterone cause this? I have never woken up with a headache. Thank you!

I think your chart has the right ovulation day. Generally temp tracking is more accurate than opk. You might have caught the end of the surge.
