Ovulation spotting

Has anyone had this? I never have, Started spotting yesterday and still.spotting today, it's pinkish /brownish, ov tests are negative, just after any advice whether it could be ov spotting or anything else, feel quite crampy as well xxx

I've had ov spotting before, it happened a couple of months in a row then just stopped. I'm guessing it's possibly this?? But if you are concerned then you should see your doctor, as really any abnormal bleeding should be reported/investigated x
