Ovulation symptoms, or coincedence??

Hey ladies, anyone ever have ovulation or pre-ov symptoms besides cramping?

I think I am about to ov in the next day or two, and this morning I had absolutely terrible nausea, was drippung sweat at my desk at work with my head down, and actually threw up! Which so rarely happens. This was after feeling totally fine this morning - exercising, eating breakfast, etc.

Coincedence? Fluke nausea/vomiting?? Maybe an ov symptom?

It was all just really really weird Oh and no cramping really along with it, which made it more strange!!

I've never had nausea, but everyone is different. I get really crampy and a lot of cm. Usually an increase sex drive as well.

Turns out that was my OV day - got a super pos opk that night and a temp spike this morning. I think it still could've just been a fluke but also I figure it could've been some major hormones surging.

I'm not sure that I ever really ovd before this cycle so I had no idea what to expect from symptoms.

I sometimes get nausea - very slight and brief about 2 days before OV - think is from the LH surge.
