Ovulation v. Peak day

Hello!
I've been charting for three months, and I'm noticing a pattern at the end of my fertile phase:

Day 1 - super slick, watery egg white CM
Day 2 - drier, rubberier egg white CM
Day 3 - temperature spike

Which day is peak day--which is ovulation; and are they the same?

You probably ovulate on day 2, but the day of most abundant ewcm is considered your peak/most fertile day, because if the ewcm and because its best when sperm are deposited before O, to catch the egg when it's released.
