Has anyone gotten both and could tell the difference?
I'm currently on CD38 without a clear temp shift up, so not sure if I have ovulated yet (gotten lots of fertile mucus however). Although temps don't confirm it, I think I may have ovulated on CD31, putting me at 7dpo.
Last night I was bloated and had some deep, dull cramps, felt sort of like AF was coming. Today I have had more deep, twingey, sharp pains, especially in my lower left abdomen inside my hip bone. I also get random shooting nerve pain in my back. Does this sound more like ovulation pain or implantation pain?
