I'm after a bit of help here. My LO is due to be going to childcare next week and we have said we will provide a 'packed lunch' and asked if they could provide 1 cooked meal a day. She will be there for 3 days, so I would lik eto send her with three different meals each day.

I am just a bit stuck for ideas on how to make it not get to boring for her

How about -

a hummus and grated carrot wrap, box of raisins, small piece of fruit and a chedder stick.

fruit spread sandwich, extras as above (variation of!)

chunky salad - cherry toms (quartered), carrot, raisins, cheese, celery etc with some rice cakes.

Sorry if this is totally off the mark! Just what I would do.

As above, or...

Breadsticks (bought or homemade) with dips or chunks of cheese
Savoury muffins
Buttered fruit bread / hot cross bun / teacake
Anything you can make in advance such as mini quiches, sausage rolls, pasties (bought verisons are usually a no no due to salt however)
Crackers

Extras / snacks I pack for Ruby are...
Smoothie pouches (Ella's kitchen or cow and gate)
Mini muffins
Raisins
Chunks of fruit (fresh, tinned or dried)

fruit salad, pasta, cheese spread sandwiches, cucumber sticks, cherry tomatoes, fruit sticks (tescos do fruit things called humzingers they are with the school bars and fruit winders ect Isobel loves them)
