Pain At Top Of Bump?

Hmmm? The skin at the top of my bump is really tender to touch and ribs feel bruised but baby never kicks up there! Have tried changing my bra for a bigger and more comfy one too. It starts up at about 2pm and gradually gets worse during the day until very uncomfortable in the evenings. Is it ligaments? Does anyone else have or know what this is? I symptom scared myself with pre-eclampsia on google silly me! Should I let the mw know tomorrow or just wait for my appointment next week?

Hmmm I've had pains at the top of mine also today. However, I've been studying on the sofa and I think the pain is related to the way I'm sitting, hunched over. Could yours be from anything like that?

I have tried to stretch out my back and tummy to get the pain to go away, which is working!

midwife told me at last app that pain in the ribs can be due to them "expanding" as baby and everything moves up, as if to make room, mines have been feelin bruised last couple of days
