I wish I could offer help- sorry. Everything I think about doesn't make sense with all the symptoms your having... if it continues or get's worse, it might be good to go to urgent care of make a doc appt (if only for reassurance).

It's possible it was a quick tummy bug- and just taking some time to get out of your system. But painful sex wouldn't really make sense? That almost seemed more like cyct pain or ovulation pains- being in one area and sharp? IDK.

Sorry I'm useless- maybe other have better insight.
