Pain diagnosis

All of a sudden, a bit yesterday and more today, one nipple hurts while LO feeds. Its a sharp pain that mostly goes away when shes done. I also have a white spot on it where while expressing the milk formed drops but didn't spurt; don't know if thats pertinent.

Is this thrush? Blocked duct? Start of mastitis? Just LO getting lazy with her latch?

EDIT: I take it back, it does still hurt a little. Like a tenth of when shes feeding but the same kind of pinchy pain.
