pain in one breast?

So I'm 6 weeks postpartum today, I havent breastfed at all and just recently my right breast has been hurting terribly and is swollen specifically around the nipple area...it feels almost like it did when they were engorged but its only in the one and not as painful...would anyone know what could be causing this??

You could still have milk in there that is sitting in your ducts. i know i had this when trying to dry up. I would have to sit in warm shower for a bit the massage end express just a bit of milk. dont do too much cause will produce more milk. it took a few days to relieve the pressure but it worked for me. hope this helps!!
