Pain in top of bump when on your feet for a while?

I remember this from my first pregnancy. By the end of my work days I have the worst pain on the top of bump, usually on one side (seems to be the left). It hurts so bad and I keep pushing on it and touching it to try to help it but nothing relieves it. Seem to only get this when I'm standing and running around a lot... I'm sure it's totally fine just wondering what the hell it is exactly.

Yes, yes, and YES!!!! I'm 39 weeks and change and at the end of the day I am so sore across the top, but mostly on the right side (which is where baby is) that I feel bruised. Even to touch is feels like I'm poking a bruise. I never really had this with my other 2 but this one is really low and out front, so I'm thinking that after a really busy day on my feet the muscles and tissue at the top are just super stretched and tender.
