Pain & pressure!!??

Since yday I've had a lot of lowerback pain and over night have developed serious aching in my groin on my right side which is going into my buttock n thigh!..I av cystitis at the min too so I feel like there's pressure on my bladder but it's really beginning to hurt. I work in an office n already being moaned at for amount of time away from my desk to go the loo so I can't walk round much but pain getting worse when I'm sat down....
I've only just returned after 8 weeks of with HG and a kidney infection so I feel like I'm taking the Mick if u wana go the walk in centre!
Any idea wot it cud b n how to ease it?
