Pain Relief Questionnaire

Hi Ladies,

I havent really been on here much since the birth of my daughter in June but i am currently studying Access to Nursing and will be applying to go to University in September to study Midwifery.

I am writing a report and have to get some questionnaires completed. Its about the Pain Relief available during Labour.

Would any of you mind completing it for me? Its 8 Questions.
