Anyone experiencing something similar? My first period after my D and C after my MMC was so painful and very heavy which I expected. This period which is starting today is even MORE painful. I'm writing this with a hot water bottle and pain medication in bed. It's so bad I can't help but cry and I have a very high pain tolerance! My HSG Procedure wasn't a fraction of this. The pain from the MC and the pain from the D and C were nothing to this. Does it get better? This feels like the pain I would get with AF when I very first started getting periods. I would miss school for about 3 days during the heaviest part of my cycle every month because it was so bad. There is no way I can handle going back to that! Anyone experience something similar? Does it get better? :(

ya mine was bad too i got some meds from the dr i bled through 2 pairs of pants and changed pads every 1-1 1/2 hr

I have found it takes me a couple of ouchy periods to get back to my normal (light and easy). After my first loss it took longer as I had retained tissue.
Hopefully, this is just a temporary thing for you, too :hugs:

I went to the ER because my pain with AF was so bad after both of my miscarriages. I had to call an ambulance from screaming so much I scared my hubby. I had an awful experience. You'll be in my prayers.

Oh that must have been horrible. My OH wanted me to go to the hospital to get something for the pain (me doubled over crying in pain is NOT something he ever sees) but I wouldn't go. Easing off today which is a good thing because I have to work. :/ thanks everyone for your reassurance.

You're welcome! If it gets worse, please go to the hospital! I couldn't have NOT went to the ER in the pain I was in. Best wishes to you. xx
