painful erm... wind maybe?

I have this wierd pain that i cant describe, every time i move/bend/cough, up high on the left hand side of my stomach, could this be trapped wind? Ive never experienced anything like it?!

Sounds like that or a pulled muscle.

It doesnt feel like a pulled muscle :/ could it maybe be where everythings stretching to accomidate baby? Or is it just trapped wind lol
