Hi everyone
I am now almost 3 months post partum. I had a vaginal birth with medium degree tear and stitches. Now even after about 3 months, we have not had sex !! reason being prick like pain when insertion happens
ouch..
I feel like thousands of pins are hitting a wall when we try to.. any reason to worry ? can we ever have sex again
anyone has any tips/tricks for me ? please input !!

im still there at 4 months although we have managed to have intercourse, it is still painful to begin with though. We have to ease into it really slowly before starting to move sorry tmi! If you can put up with the pain for the first few moments ease him in and take it slow it gets better. Get some lubricant also! Sorry I cant be more help, just give it time it gets better bit by bit, im sure things will feel ok again, dont worry.
