painful period pains after c section?

does or has anyone had painful period pains before their period? and does your scar ache/hurt when you are due a period? im getting really bad period pains, but am not bleeding yet, this will be my second period since c section, first one was awful! my scar has also been stingy/achey im just wondering what your experiences are? i suffer from anxiety so some reassurance would be great (im 13 weeks pp)

i rarely get periods but the ones since my first section were more painful than i remember them being pre-section, but over time it eased. Your period pains will never feel the same again but for me theyre more like just on my scar now, which i find easier to deal with than having whe whole of down there hurting.

Hi sweet. My scar aches because my lower tummy gets bloated right before my period is due and it pushes on my scar. My periods are all over the place since having LO and they're heavier and more painful than before! HTH.
