My spd is really bad today, I'm in agony, I've had a heat pack on constantly which hasn't helped @ all. I've taken paracetomol but may as well have taken smarties. Really don't know how I'm gonna sleep.
I'm gonig to have to go to Gp's on Monday for painkillers.
Last time i was given co-codamol but 1 all it did was make me spaced out so I din't care about tje pai, & 2 it reduced babys movement, so I'm kinda reluctant to take them. Last time I was given them when I was about 26 weeks too.
Does anyone know if there is anything else I can get from GP? TBH I'm pretty desparate @ the mo.
